We provide regularly scheduled presentations to Trenton public schools, led by trade workers in various fields. This exposes students to the benefits of trade work, as well as our organization’s ability to assist them through the process.

Through our fundraising efforts, along with grants that are available to at both an organizational and individual level, we provide participants with funding to receive any applicable training and licensing, as well as an additional stipend to assist with living costs as they pursue their education.

We guide participants through every step of the process while providing them with a designated mentor in their field of choice, ensuring that they are fully prepared to succeed in the workforce. During the course of their training, we work on their behalf to secure employment contracts so they can begin working upon graduation.
