Contribute financial support to expand Trenton Trade Fund’s training programs and resources.
Sponsor scholarships, certifications, or events that benefit trainees.

Resource Sharing

Offer access to tools, equipment, or facilities for training purposes.
Host site visits, job shadowing opportunities, or workshops for program participants.

For educational institutions and training providers

Collaborative Curriculum Development

Design training programs aligned with current industry needs and certifications.
Provide instructors, classroom space, or virtual learning resources.

Certification Opportunities

Facilitate testing and credentialing for participants in fields like CDL, HVAC, or electrical work.
Assist in developing GED or ESL programs for individuals who need additional support.

Student Referrals

Refer students or alumni to Trenton Trade Fund for job placement or additional training.

Resource Sharing

Offer access to tools, equipment, or facilities for training purposes.

For government entities

Funding and Program Support

Allocate public funds or resources to enhance Trenton Trade Fund’s capacity to serve the community.
Partner on workforce development initiatives to reduce unemployment and strengthen the local economy.

Legislative Advocacy

Work to create or promote policies that incentivize businesses to hire program participants (e.g., tax credits).

Monitoring and Impact Evaluation

Help measure program outcomes and ensure alignment with citywide economic goals.
