Restoring Trenton's Blue Collar Roots
The Greater Trenton Area’s rise to prominence was built off of a strong blue-collar workforce that acted as the bedrock of the Greater Trenton Area’s local economy. As blue collar jobs began to leave the area and America as whole shifted its focus towards college and traditional education, the emphasis on trade-based careers has completely disappeared. Most of the Greater Trenton Area’s youth are completely unaware of the benefits and opportunities offered by a trade-based career. At Trenton Trade Fund, we educate and enable the Greater Trenton Area’s residents to become the foundation of Trenton’s future.
